Cathedral Kitchen is a Camden-based nonprofit founded in 1976 that uses food as a vehicle for change. Through meal programs, social services, culinary training, and social enterprises, CK helps people overcome food insecurity and build paths toward stability and prosperity.

Cathedral Kitchen is led by Executive Director Carrie Kitchen Santiago and a leadership team including Vice President of Operations Chris D'Agostino, Vice President of Development Noreen Flewelling, and Executive Chef Naimah Rutling. The Board of Directors includes professionals from major organizations like Novo Nordisk, Campbell Soup Company, Virtua Health, and Independence Blue Cross.
Cathedral Kitchen operates a Meal and Outreach Program serving up to 700 daily guests plus 3,000 monthly delivered meals across Camden. The organization provides Social Services connecting guests to benefits, counseling, and healthcare, along with hygiene items. Its accredited Culinary Arts Training Program achieves a 100% ServSafe pass rate and over 85% post-graduation employment. CK also runs mission-driven catering and contracted meals businesses that generate revenue and provide training opportunities.
Cathedral Kitchen is celebrating its 50th anniversary in June with a Community Celebration event. The organization hosts Golden Harvest, an annual event highlighting community impact, and features success stories through its WeAreCK50 initiative showcasing program graduates and participants.
