Andorra Library is a branch of the Free Library of Philadelphia located in the Andorra Shopping Center at the intersection of Henry and Cathedral Roads in the Andorra and Upper Roxborough neighborhoods. The library offers free access to books, computers, Wi-Fi, and a variety of community programs for all ages, including meditation clubs, gaming groups, and educational events.

Andorra Library opened on March 31, 1975, in the Andorra Shopping Center. The branch was renovated in 1999 as part of the "Changing Lives" campaign. The area was named by Richard Wistar in 1857 after the small country in the Pyrenees Mountains due to similar topography. The library features a mural by artists Max Mason and M. Webb depicting the Philadelphia skyline and Andorra Woods above the picture book section.
Andorra Library offers diverse programs including Meditation Club for Adults (virtual), Mah Jongg Club, Teen Thursdays with creative activities, and special events like "Snakes Alive!" and "Revolution at the Library" series. The library provides computer access, Wi-Fi, printing services, reference services, and accessible facilities including handicapped access, screen-reading software, and magnification tools.
The library hosts regular community events including interactive presentations on wildlife, meditation and wellness programs, gaming clubs, teen summer activities, and educational programs about Philadelphia history.
