Community Mentorship empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to enhance their abilities and live their utmost potential at home and in their community. We provide a holistic range of services including supported employment, companionship, and respite care across five counties in Pennsylvania. As a licensed provider for the Office of Developmental Programs, we partner with individuals and families to promote self-sufficiency, engagement in life's opportunities, and overall health and well-being.
The mission of Community Mentorship is to help people with disabilities engage more fully in life's opportunities, to provide employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities, and to support and promote the overall health and well-being of people by helping them understand, manage, and overcome problems.
